We endeavour to offer our customers a professional service with a quick turnaround for all calibrations carried out in our UKAS Laboratory.
We offer a call-up facility for your equipment free of charge, this consists of a letter sent approximately one month prior to the calibrations being due, detailing the equipment due and calibration due date.
Telephone call approximately two weeks before to arrange a suitable date for the calibration to be undertaken.
Temperature Calibration
We can carry out temperature calibrations on a wide range of equipment; this includes equipment such as digital thermometers, chart recorders, data logger’s thermocouple simulators etc.
We have the facilities to calibrate thermocouples, PT100’s or any temperature measuring device across the range of –60°C to 1200°C.
We can calibrate all makes of dry block calibrator across the range of –60°C to 1200°C.
We can also carry out system calibrations; these may consist of a digital
thermometer and thermocouple or chart recorder and thermocouples or similar
combinations. Adjustments and servicing can also be performed on most makes
of equipment.
Temperature And Humidity
We have the facilities to carry out temperature/humidity calibrations to various types of recording and/or indicating instruments.
We specialize in the calibration of probe-based instruments across the range of 15°C to 40°C and 15%rh to 95%rh.
Pressure + Vacuum
We offer pressure and vacuum calibrations in four different formats:
- Absolute pressure calibration 0 to 4bar (Air)
- 0 to 2,500 Pascals (Air)
- –0.950 to 20.000bar (Air)
- 0 to 750bar gauge (Hydraulic)
Mechanical Metrology (Traceable Calibrations)
We can carry out a full range of calibrations for most types of mechanical
measuring equipment including; thread plug gauges, thread caliper gauges,
plain plug gauges, micrometers, vernier, squares, height gauges, gauge blocks
etc.
